MIMA Membership Form

Yearly membership dues are $10 CAD. Your membership term starts on the 1st of the month following receipt of your dues payment.

Please send your payment via e-transfer to midislandmusicarchive at gmail dot com or by cheque to 370 Bruce Ave, Nanaimo BC V9R 3Y1.
